The Hong Kong team welcomed a group of 25 high school students to their office from Chan Shu Kui Memorial School and partnered with us for their 'Workplace Exploration Day'.

The purpose of this session was to give an overview of what recruitment consists of by introducing Morgan McKinley, explaining what we do as a business and what our consultants do on a daily basis.    

The session lasted approximately 3 hours and started with an overview of the business given by Reina Cheng - Managing Director, Brad Choi - Consultant Risk & Compliance and Mariza Lai - Manager Sales & Marketing.  The students were divided into small groups and assigned to different recruitment teams to observe and learn what consultants do in their daily jobs. 

Well done to the Hong Kong office for this fabulous MMK Million initiative.
