Yesterday about 500 people from the UK recruitment industry gathered at a gala awards ceremony to find out the winners of Recruiter’s Investing In Talent Awards 2016.

These awards specifically assess the recruitment companies as employers and are designed to recognise businesses that have a genuine passion for their people, and a strong track record in investing in their current and future talent.

We had entered in two of the categories and I am delighted to reveal that we are the winners of both awards!

We won: Best Temporary Recruitment Company to Work For,  and Best Banking / Financial Services Recruitment Company To Work For.

The judges were impressed with our learning and development offering, career pathways programme and commitment to individual development. One of the judges even sought us out at the end of the event to tell us that our entries were stand-out in each category!

Everyone who's involved in L&D, and HR in this business deserves huge credit for these awards, but also everyone who helps, for example, to deliver training, or shows their commitment to learning by attending and taking training seriously. So, it's recognition for all of you, well done! 

Coupled with the excellent win earlier in the week by our Japan colleagues, these awards just go to show that our business and brand globally continues to go from strength to strength!
