March is upon us, and many are still fulfilling their New Year’s resolution for a healthier lifestyle with a busy work-life balance.
So here is a quick recipe that will give you that much needed boost of nutrients.
Rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, this delicious smoothie is the perfect pick me up and a great way to start the day!
Almond milk - ½ cup
Juice of one orange
1 cup spinach
1 tbs peanut butter
Place all of the ingredients in the blender starting with the almond milk and orange juice first and blend until smooth.
