Lauren Di Ventura joins Morgan McKinley to head up Learning & Development globally

Leading global recruiter, Morgan McKinley is excited to announce the appointment of Lauren Di Ventura as Global Head of Learning & Development.

Lauren brings over 15 years of extensive experience developing and implementing effective people strategies within Learning and Development in the recruitment industry. Lauren’s role at Morgan McKinley will involve developing and implementing the learning and development strategy globally, ensuring it is fit for purpose and drives a high performing culture. Lauren specialises in talent, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, employee engagement and organisational development. 

Lauren started her career as a Recruiter at Blue Arrow and then progressed to Recruitment Manager at Manpower. She then went on to hold positions with the training sector at A4E, Insight and Tesco Personal Finance. Her most recent role was as Global Learning and Talent Director for SThree for eight years.  Lauren holds a post-graduate diploma in Organisation Design and Development and is a qualified coach.
