HR Leadership and Management Awards in Dublin

Morgan McKinley were thrilled to pick up, not just one, but two accolades at the HR Leadership and Management Awards in Dublin yesterday. The wins in the categories of Best Learning and Development Strategy and Best HR Team Private Sector reflect our continued investment in our people.

The award submissions were based on our innovative Career Pathways Programme which empowers our employees to manage their career journey. The tools of the programme include: 

  • the Morgan McKinley competency framework which outlines exceptional performance 
  • facilitated personal development workshops to allow individuals space to reflect and plan for their career goals
  • management development and leadership training to create a coaching culture across the organisation
  • a comprehensive suite of development interventions, called iLearn, which are based on the Morgan McKinley principles of learning; these include personal development is personal, constructive feedback plays a pivotal role in building skill, everyone takes responsibility for their own career and as experts we are all responsible for transferring knowledge to one another
  • iLearn offers development across the entire global business, including programmes for our Exec and Senior Directors, management teams, through to bootcamp programmes for new joiners, and
  • a comprehensive business wide Train the Trainer programme attended by Directors, Managers and Senior Consultants to ensure we have a cohort of highly competent trainers who engage in topical, relevant and best in class knowledge transfer.

We are delighted to have received these awards as a recognition of our continued investment in our people which supports our brand promise of 'Going Beyond' for our candidates, clients and each other.

Gerard O’Neill, CEO, Amárach Research presents the award for Best Learning & Development Strategy to Ann O’Mahony, Morgan McKinley.
