Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting to manage end-to-end financial reporting activities for assigned business units. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial close, providing insights through analysis, and supporting business decision-making in a dynamic MNC environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
  • Perform end-to-end financial reporting for assigned entities
  • Act as Entity Controller for business units/legal entities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and projections
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Handle month-end journal entries (accruals, deferrals, intercompany, etc.)
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ageing analysis
  • Maintain fixed asset register and process depreciation
  • Perform bank reconciliations and journal postings
  • Review commission, bonus accruals, and payments
  • Ensure timely closure of fees and reporting activities
  • Support audit queries and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and internal controls
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
  • Support process transition from onshore to offshore teams
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required


Key Requirements:

  • CA / CMA (Qualified or Semi-qualified) or Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience, including 4+ years in an MNC environment
  • Strong experience in Financial Reporting / Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Hands-on experience in month-end close and general ledger accounting
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in Shared Services / GSC environment preferred
