Morgan McKinley Talent Solutions is a business focusing on RPO recruiting services. We are looking for an HR Coordinator for one of our Non-Profit Organization clients.
As a HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for day-to-day. The role involves coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial screening, and managing candidate communication.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interview coordination and scheduling
  • Workpass applications, renewals, 6 monthly medical examinations and pass cancellations
  • Maintenance of employee P-file and data updates
  • Other Administrative adhoc duties

What we are looking for

  • A proven track record or interest in being a HR coordinator, either internal or agency with a strong focus on support and administration
  • Ideally 1 year of HR coordination experience or Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences.
  • Ability to solve problems and be organized in your thinking and approach to work.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and someone who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Alignment with Morgan McKinley values and vision.
