Morgan McKinley is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our HR recruitment team in Dublin

Our Consultants are experts in their disciplines. In Dublin, we work within, HR Accounting & Finance, IT, Legal, Projects and Change , Marketing, and Office Support, Financial Services. We want our consultants to be the go to people in the market.

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across a variety of roles while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, meeting with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You will also source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and negotiate offers on behalf of your candidates.

What we are looking for

  • 2 - 3 years previous recruitment experience
  • Proven experience of working in agency recruitment
  • Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
  • Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
  • Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude
  • Thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
