Are you a finance professional who thrives on accuracy, analysis, and accountability? Join our team as a Senior Associate and take ownership of key reporting processes, month-end closures, and financial insights that drive business decisions.

As a Senior Associate, you will manage day-to-day financial reporting activities for a specific business unit/legal entity, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables aligned with SLAs. You’ll be a key player in maintaining internal controls, handling reconciliations, and contributing to financial planning and risk management.

Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • CA/CMA Semi qualified/M. Com/B.com
  • 4+ years post qualification experience with a
  • Minimum of 2 years in MNC
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Expert
  • MS Excel knowledge is preferable
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Experience of ERP transactional processing environment

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly, Quarterly and year-end financial reporting and closing of books of accounts for the BU/legal
  • entity
  • Spend & Variance analysis and submission of reports updated with variance commentary.
  • Ensure all SLAs are met within the agreed timelines.
  • Perform the tasks related to Fees and close the monthly Perm & Temp Fees as per the agreed timeline.
  • Identify & process all types of month end close entries of accruals, deferrals, pre-payments, recharges,
  • intercompany JE etc.
  • Bank Reconciliation & posting bank and petty cash journals.
  • Monthly salary analysis & posting journals.
  • Review & Analyze accrued income reports & aged debtors reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and account Additions, Disposals & Depreciation.
  • Monitoring the balance sheet deferrals & accruals, prepare ageing analysis and follow up with the business
  • team to ensure timely clearing of all items.
  • Review & analyze various commission & Bonus schemes and post the accruals, payments and build strong
  • controls to ensure the accuracy and timely deliverables.
  • Revenue analysis and submission of revenue reports.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections as required.
  • Maintain effective internal controls for the processes.
  • Manage responses to queries from clients and auditors.
  • Responsible for process documentation and keep them up to date.
  • Ad hoc reporting & Analysis as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
