Transcript:

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Associate Consultants into our Staffing Partner division, which is made up from over 10 teams including Projects and Change, Accounting and Human Resources.

In the last year we've experienced growth on growth from 2015 - 2016, and we are looking to grow the team by over 20%. The great thing is that our talent tends to be home-grown, and we have 7 out of the 10 top performers who have come through this (Associate Consultant) scheme, so this is a really good opportunity for people.

We are looking for professionals who have a like-minded ability and are able to engage with candidates and clients, finding the right match by using various media including LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

We look for certain values with our employees: to be able to embrace change, build trust, communicate and negotiate with different levels of individuals. You should be passionate and interested in a long term career.

Our Learning and Development team runs global training programs which are consistent across our offices, running 6 modules across 6 weeks, along with on-the-desk support from across the team, empowers you to be the best that you can.
