Talent Sourcing - Durham University‘s Career Fair in Shanghai

Morgan McKinley China recently participated in the Career Fair event held by Durham University in Shanghai.

The Career fair involved a career panel, followed by interaction between 200 graduates and a range of companies in the region.

Morgan McKinley were delighted to be participate in this event for the second year in a row, invited this year as one of six specially invited panelists. Our Associate Director in China, Marlon Mai represented Morgan McKinley at the panel with representatives from other five MNCs, including Bosch, Hilton and AC Nielsen etc.

The panelists shared advice regarding topics such as how to plan your career path, as well as the abilities and qualities required in order to succeed in the workplace. Marlon's impassioned speech elicited an equally enthusiastic response from the audience.

We welcomed an endless stream of students seeking advice and interest in applying for positions with Morgan McKinley.
