Socially Engaged Recruiters: We Did It!

Today LinkedIn announced its 2016 listing of the Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agencies.

We came in the Top Ten, ranking six among large global recruitment firms and out of a total of 60,000 staffing agencies. LinkedIn looked at our: 

  • social recruiting 
  • social reach and engagement
  • content marketing

Social engagement has played a central role in our company’s continuing success. Today we have some 75,000 followers on LinkedIn, up from 29,000 in January 2015. We’ve more than doubled and most of this growth (94% to be exact!) has been organic, that is to say through the referrals, comments and shares among our followers. 

How do we do it?

Well, it’s a team effort. The reason we rank so high is thanks to everyone across our business, from our recruitment consultants to our global services members, who are all highly active on LinkedIn (and other social media). They are our brand ambassadors and reach professional communities with:

  • The connections they make
  • The InMails they write
  • The content they post
  • The standard of their professional profiles


Whereas many other companies discourage or even frown on social media activity, we take a long-term view, believing that what is good for our consultants is good for us.
