In 2017, Morgan McKinley launched our first venture into North America as the business supported my decision to emigrate. I had one goal, to build the best tech recruitment company in Toronto.
Three years’ later, we have just moved into a new office with space for 30 people and we are looking for like minded, service orientated recruiters who are up to a challenge.

We focus on a transparent partnership, constantly improving our technical expertise (market specialization is key) and delivery. Fulfillment of job orders competes with our most successful teams in a company as established as ours, we feel that is something to be proud of.
Another key indicator of our intention to become one of the top players was appointing my old colleague from Dublin, Andy Connolly as joint MD. Andy was running the tech recruitment division in Dublin after I moved here and had over 30 recruiters reporting to him. We were both bringing in well over 1 million dollars in revenue when we were individual contributors and we were top global performers in Morgan McKinley year on year. I couldn't have been happier to have Andy over here. When we worked in Dublin together, we were part of the most successful team ever in Morgan McKinley and we plan to go much bigger here in Canada.
