Morgan McKinley is holding an Assessment Day on Tuesday 28th July, for aspiring Recruitment Consultants who will recruit specifically for our Office Support Division.

What will the role entail?

As a consultant you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates for the business, networking for referrals, market research, headhunting candidates and building relationships with clients. You will get to become a specialist in your field and learn about the industry you are recruiting into as well as the whole recruitment process. 

How will you be supported?

We provide a structured training programme designed to fast track your career. You will attend interactive workshops delivered by the leadership team and will have access to our bespoke e-learning platform. Daily on-the-job training and support from your team all combine to ensure that you soon find your feet and are on track to building a successful career.  

Which desk is hiring?

The team specialise in Office Support, this will include placing candidates into administrative roles including Receptionists, Secretaries, Office Managers, Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants to name a few.

What key skills do I need?

  • You should be a recent graduate, or have experience in a sales environment 
  • Able to work to and exceed targets
  • A confident communicator, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and face to face
  • A target orientated and self-motivated achiever
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Hard working with the ability to be proactive and work on own initiative
