The Evolution of Recruiting

Our world has drastically changed since the recruiting industry was born in the 1920s and yesterday's strategies simply don’t meet the requirements of companies seeking to survive and thrive in today’s economy.  

Here at Morgan McKinley we know that recruitment is a competitive business and this means we need to stretch beyond the traditional boundaries to deliver a recruitment service fit for the 21st century.

Ancient ways of attracting talent just will not attract the quality of candidates we have today and organisations who are slow to evolve are missing out. There’s no hiding that it’s an employee’s market and in order to attract the best talent recruiters need to begin marketing their ‘employer brand’.
