Hi! My name is Katie and I am the Talent Aquisition Specialist for Morgan McKinley’s UK region.
I’m based in London where I am responsible for business partnering with Managers, Operational Directors and the COO in attracting and recruiting employees for Morgan McKinley’s UK offices - London, Sussex, Surrey and Thames Valley.
Prior to joining Morgan McKinley I graduated from Bath Spa University with a BA (Hons) Degree in Drama and Dance. I then joined Morgan McKinley in 2012, initially as Associate Consultant, quickly progressing to the role of Consultant, then Senior Consultant and then Team Leader. Since August 2016 I have moved across into the People Team at Morgan McKinley.
I have previous experience working across multiple divisions including Business Support, Finance and Human Resources. My experience within recruitment has allowed me to understand the benefits, rewards and challenges associated with a recruitment career.

Preparation is crucial when applying for any role. Here at Morgan McKinley we are looking for people who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial and determined to be the best they can be. To work at Morgan McKinley it is not essential for you to have experience in recruitment however you must explore our company, the culture and values. Look at your skills and work out which are relevant and transferable into working in a sales environment and prepare examples of these you can present during an interview. This preparation not only shows your knowledge of the company but also your professionalism and enthusiasm towards the Morgan McKinley and the role.
Prior to joining Morgan McKinley I had a career in acting and have been involved in both musical theatre and film.
