Hi there! My name is Eimear Bourke and I work as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on the People team and I am based in the Dublin office. I recruit new people in to our Dublin office. I ensure all new and potential Morgan McKinley employees receive the very best onboarding experience.
My journey with Morgan Mckinley started in August 2015, when I joined as Corporate Receptionist on the sales support team. From here I got to know everyone who works in the business.
I quickly realised that Morgan McKinley is a great place to work and the opportunities to grow my career here were endless.
I moved into the M3S team in December 2016 as Recruitment Coordinator working on recruitment project delivery. Within M3S I worked on excitement projects and gained exposure to different sides of the business.
My top tip:
Be yourself in the interview. You have made it to the interview stage, which means you have stood out from all other applications. The next step is creating a positive first impression when you meet face-to-face. Remember, interviews are just as much for you to see if you could see yourself working with the company. The overall purpose of the interview is to see if there is a mutual fit for you and the company.
- At 9 years old, I was the only girl on the under ten soccer team in the league.
- I lived in Melbourne for 4 years, and 3 years on I’m still missing the food (I sometimes consider taking the 24 hour flight just to buy some pork Dumplings!)
- My favourite thing to do is go to music festivals, not even the Irish weather stops me having a great time!
