Morgan McKinley is a professional staffing and talent management company with over 700 employees in 10 countries. We are recruiting for a sourcing specialist to join our M3S managed services team.

Purpose:

To enhance the company's ability to identify, profile, screen, assess and build a network of high volume candidates for hire. Designing and undertaking innovative sourcing strategies to meet client expectations in full. At the same time, you'll focus hard on ensuring target operating model and SLA's are delivered against and data integrity is maintained.

High volume hiring environment experience is a distinct advantage but training can be provided to upskill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sourcing assistance within a high volume recruitment environment
  • Build candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience is provided
  • Identify new candidate channels that can be utilised to meet client demand
  • Prioritise searches and projects
  • Provide excellent service delivery
  • Facilitate the interview and selection process with hiring managers when necessary
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
  • Identify process improvements
  • Produce timely and accurate management information, through effective system and data integrity

What is involved in the day to day?

You will sourcing and generating potential candidates through telephone, social media and data base recruiting. You will be mapping out candidates communities, learning how to manage candidate interview processes and ensuring strong relationships are built from day one. You will be producing marketing material in the form of job advertisements, email marketing and open evening collateral. You will also be learning how to work with and maximise our client relationships

What's required in terms of Experience, Knowledge and Skills?

  • Degree educated
  • At least 6 months' work experience in a sales/professional environment is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Professional approach - committed to excelling in service quality
