We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our fun and friendly team in our brand new CBD offices. You will be the face of Morgan McKinley as you will manage the front desk and provide administrative support on a full time basis - an immediate start would be desirable due to an internal promotion.


Your main responsibility will be to assist with the smooth running of the office, providing the highest level of customer service to our candidates and clients. On a day to day basis you will assume responsibility for:

  • Meeting and greeting any visitors to the office
  • Creating and sharing various reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Data entry and broad administrative duties
  • Managing front of house and diary management
  • Answering telephones
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Database management
  • Online advertising and internal website management
  • Document formatting


We are seeking a proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal and Excel skills, and the drive to take ownership of this important function for the business. This is a busy and varied role so strong attention to detail and ability to multi task will ensure your success.
