Group HR Administrator - Job Description
The HR administrator role is a crucial role, responsible for people administration excellence. The
role holder will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes and managing administrative tasks
efficiently.

You will be a detailed-orientated, organised and an efficient individual who enjoys supporting HR
processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of operations. You will have a keen ability to
multitask, prioritise and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the
effectiveness and efficiency of our HR operations.
Responsibilities
HR administration
● Ensuring all salary, role change, probation, leave requests, promotion and leaver
documentation/letters are actioned thoroughly and are produced in line with SOP
guidelines
● Handling all employment references efficiently and in line with Company standards;
● Handling invoice administration
● Contract administration

● Managing benefit related queries by providing information on benefit details and creation
processes
● Managing benefit set up and removal for employees
HRIS system - My Connect
● Be a ‘HRIS’ champion; be confident in navigating the system and ensuring it is kept up to
date
● Maintaining electronic employee files on HRIS
● Assisting with data and document uploads
● Managing the transition to historic data to the HRIS
● Updating reporting line changes when needed
People and Culture initiatives
● Working with the HR Business Partners on various people and culture initiatives, and
monitoring engagement on such programmes.
● Supporting on the administration of ad-hoc CSR, wellness and ESG projects
Compliance and GDPR:
● Run compliance checks on all new hires joining the business and assist in onboarding
compliance where possible
● Quarterly reporting to support GDPR retention policies
● Assist with data deletion as required in line with GDPR retention policies
HR ad hoc administration
● Assist the HR Team with HR communication via email and Workvivo
● Administer any ad hoc administrative enquiries to the HR team
● Supporting and working collaboratively with the entire global HR team as required.
