Case Research

  • Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and functional roles to grasp market trends, business developments, and the specifics of recruitment needs.
  • Assist in crafting and distributing monthly and annual market reports and email updates to engage clients effectively.
  • Gather market intelligence from candidates, clients, and public sourcing channels to generate leads and insights.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Engage comprehensively in the recruitment cycle, covering aspects from initial research and job briefing to candidate searches, drafting recommendation reports, managing recruitment processes, and handling offers.
  • Actively initiate and participate in calls and meetings with candidates to foster strong relationships and understand their capabilities and aspirations.
  • Collaborate on mapping projects, gaining a thorough understanding of specialized functions within the industry.

Requirements

  • Quick learner with a high motivation to acquire new skills and a consistent drive to achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essential.
  • 5 years+ of experience in a recruitment agency is required, while experience in HR function recruitment is a must.
