Morgan McKinley's Talent Solutions function is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team in Dublin.

Talent Solutions is a rapidly expanding division of the group employing 500 people mainly across Ireland and APAC with expansion into the UK currently in progress. RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and MSP (Managed Service Provision) are the two core service lines within Talent Solutions and other service lines include project recruitment and resource augmentation.

Within Talent Solutions we are looking to hire a Talent Coordinator to join one of our leading key accounts.

Your role as a Talent Coordinator

  • Coordinate a large volume of interviews with hiring managers
  • Write job advertisements
  • Interview note taking
  • Proof advertisements before they go live
  • Monitor open vacancies on job boards
  • Design candidate and hiring manager surveys
  • Analyse the survey reports and present to Management
  • Present findings from recruitment reports
  • Prepare and present metrics on current recruitment process
  • Prepare and present other reports when asked
  • Help identify process improvements
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Create and maintain client relationships
  • Attend networking events
  • Consistently act as an ambassador for Talent Solutions

What we are looking for

  • 1+ years recruitment experience
  • Third level educated, ideally with a HR or business qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
  • Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
  • Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
