Morgan McKinley is looking for an RPO Director to join our Talent Solutions business in Ireland.

This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be based in Ireland within a commutable distance to one of our 4 offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick or Waterford.

Get to know the division you could be joining

Reporting to the MD of Talent Solutions, the RPO Director will be responsible for a significant RPO program operating under Talent Solutions in Ireland with key accountabilities as follows:

  • Operate a 20+-person strong RPO program including 3 leadership direct reports, with an average of 300 open positions per month across this RPO solution
  • Hold a "hands on" position responsible for operational excellence, delivery, solutions, and strategic growth across the RPO programs
  • Act as a point of escalation for the Client; as the customer's voice/advocate within the business, ensure company service delivery is met through meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Lead our RPO program and RPO leadership to deliver excellence with a high- performance focus and continuous improvement mindset
  • Develop RPO leadership team to deliver excellence across their teams and identify continuous improvement projects for ensuring programme excellence including compliance and process commitments
  • Deliver value add for our client by producing resourcing updates for their business units and providing wider recruitment market insights and analysis
  • Support Managers to formulate and present resourcing updates including market insights for client and presenting to stakeholders in quarterly SLT meetings
  • Devise tailored "Go to Market" recruitment strategies for each department to increase sourcing outcomes and fulfilment
  • Manage third-party suppliers including selection of agencies, briefing on project requirements, employer brand, culture, and values
  • Collaborate with our BI team to maintain our Management Information pack for our client, bringing reporting efficiencies and clearer productivity insights for our client
  • Deliver YOY growth against revenue across the RPO program
  • Design and implement solutions for our client to accelerate hiring during any growth phases Influence through data and support business cases to remove any obstacles in client's recruitment process for difficult to fill roles

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of 8 years' recruitment experience and at least 5 years as an accomplished recruitment leader ideally in a senior leadership role as a Director or Associate Director with clear people leading responsibilities.
  • All recruitment experience will be considered with a preference for RPO experience but also applicants from inhouse or agency (360/180) will also be considered.
  • A thought leadership focus with a passion for recruitment trends and market developments
  • An accomplished leader with senior stakeholder management experience
  • A leader of teams both at manager and individual contributory level and accustomed to motivating and developing teams.
  • Growth focused and customer centric
  • Controls and compliance focused with experience of recruitment process compliance
  • Continuous improvement mindset and driver of change
