Package: £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

The Role:

  • Business Development, seek new businesses and generate leads
  • Source, screen and interview candidates using email, phone and video calls and in person interviews
  • Prep and guide candidates through interview process
  • Manage client relationships, build trust, maintain open communication and provide insight where necessary
  • Oversee full recruitment process with client and candidate
  • Support wider team to ensure targets are met

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree from or 1 years sales experience
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
  • Commercially savvy
