On-site Recruitment Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to position themselves
with an on-site presence with our client in Waterford. This is a full time permanent role that
requires an individual with a strong focus on relationship building.

Main Duties:

  • Be the face of M3S Talent Solutions on site with our client
  • Work closely with the Head of HR to deliver very robust recruitment plans
  • Build relationships across relevant leadership to ensure trust and confidence in delivery of
  • hiring plans.
  • Oversee, manage and assist in the full recruitment cycle across a variety of disciplines
  • Plan, organise and implement hiring plans for internal TA team to ensure team is at right
  • capacity at all times
  • Provide advice and guidance on the talent availability within the recruitment market.
  • Manage an up to date list of 2 nd tier suppliers and ensure delivery is consistent
  • Reporting, both scheduled and ad hoc
  • Strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience - ideally 1-2 years at a Leadership level
  • Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders with evidence of strong relationship
  • building
  • Previous experience in managing a recruitment team - both onsite and remote/hybrid
  • Ability to be on-site in our clients location, 5 days per week.
  • Strong attention to detail -the ability to be pro-active, sense check information and deliver
  • high quality reports.
