Morgan McKinley Singapore is looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their internal recruitment for 3 business brands, Morgan McKinley Recruitment Solutions, Total Talent Solutions and Executive across South East Asia.

You will be joining an expanding office of 60+ employees and will be predominantly focused on hiring experienced recruitment professionals for our business, carrying our end to end recruitment duties, as well as managing the SEA TA team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source experienced recruitment consultants through internal and external referrals, LinkedIn and CV portals within predominantly Singapore and the Philippines, and any other SEA locations required.
  • 1:1 meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and prioritisation.
  • Review applications for job postings.
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of candidates through market mapping and pipelining.
  • Network with passive candidates in the market on a regular and face to face basis.
  • Gain market intel from candidates and share with hiring managers on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate and manage the internal interview process from initial screening, through to offer and negotiation.
  • Provide commercial information of competitors, gained from candidates, to the leadership team.
  • Keep the internal database up to date.
  • Support onboarding of candidates into the business.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Manage the SEA TA team, including performance management.
  • Provide training and feedback as and when necessary.
  • Strategise with the team to ensure requisitions are filled.
  • Support team with stakeholder management where necessary.
  • Load balance roles depending on requirements from different business units and countries.

Other

  • Support on maintaining Glassdoor review levels with current employees.
  • Support with employer branding through blogs, posts and videos.
  • Support in creating global EVP campaigns, as part of the Global TA Function.

  • Experienced recruiter in any industry, whether this is as an internal or agency recruiter.
  • Experience managing at least 1 person.
  • Confident approaching and meeting passive and active candidates.
  • Ability to confidently manage stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to solve problems and be organised in your thinking and approach to work.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
  • Self-confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
