Manage a dedicated team to deliver Client recruitment needs
Lead by example in exceeding personal and or team targets
Act as an SME for all talent acquisition queries and be the point of contact for your stakeholders
Ensure absolute accountability to the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Targets
Ensure that all recruitment activity is driven through client ATS
Develop and execute an ongoing 'Go to market' plan to communicate with relevant communities
Support achievement of team targets and metrics by setting clear and attainable goals and actions for team members at all levels of performance
Be rigorous in the delivery and conduct of monthly Performance Reviews, and follow-up appropriately to ensure team members have the support and tools needed to achieve high levels of performance
Know your client / commercials forecasting service metrics
Prepare & present client / project Service Reviews quarterly
Leadership
Establish and agree individual activities with team members and ensure consistent follow up with accountability for delivery
Coach and mentor team members to build a platform for success
Ensure a strong message of TA ownership for identifying and attracting talent into your client/project. Ensure your team is optimized to meet headcount numbers and ensure future pipelining of relevant people
Inspire, motivate and develop team members to drive performance
Plan, coordinate and prioritize workload between the team members to ensure sales targets are met and workload is appropriately distributed
Set clear objectives for the team that fit in line with the Company's vision and strategy through regular and effective team and one-to-one meetings
Ensure initiatives are explained to team members and are delivered in a positive manner to ensure support from everyone
Prepare timely and relevant performance statistics and MI (Management Information)

Ensure that team members deliver a service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and candidates
Actively seek and act upon feedback from our customer
Build and foster relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and meet global hiring requirements.
Participate in strategic PR activities including the development of relationships and networks with professional trade associations, colleges and business organizations
Ensure you provide the best service, always communicating, actioning candidate requests and queries with regular follow-up - always going beyond
Actively champion initiatives which enhance client reputation
Requirements
2- 5+ years Experience in working in Recruitment - at least 2 in senior capacity
Previous experience leading a recruitment function - at least 12 months

Strong communication both internally and externally
