Morgan McKinley North America is looking to grow our recruitment team in Toronto. In Canada, we plan on growing the team to 20 - 30 people by the end of 2022.

Stuff you will do:

  • Creating and developing an effective sourcing strategy to find top tech talent for client opportunities as efficiently as possible
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with potential talent to assess their suitability for opportunities, company fit,
  • To deliver recruitment sourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of high quality candidates into pipelines and opportunities for some of the world's leading companies across the tech sector. 
  • Using innovative sourcing methods to engage with candidates including bespoke sourcing technology, social media platforms, referral schemes, Boolean searching, writing creative relevant blogs etc
  • Meet defined daily metrics to build a deep network of talent across North Amercia to support our clients

 

Your background:

  • We currently operate a 180 recruitment model but depending on experience, we can cater for the right person if your are more delivery or sales. 
  • Attitude is king - we need people who care!!
  • Experience - ideally you will have  3+ years recruitment experience
  • Bonus - interest in technology or experience recruiting in tech
  • Previous candidate sourcing experience using sourcing methods and tools such Boolean searchingGoogle Searching, LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
  • A genuine interest in people and what motivates them is essential for this opportunity
  • A creative and commercial mindset
