Our M3S Team is Morgan McKinley's established Managed Services Division which delivers scalable, flexible outsourced programmes to find the best talent for our clients. This could range from a small-scale solution, such as hiring eighty multilingual staff for a global business service centre, to processing over 5,000 applications for the launch of an entire new business. M3S is an international brand with programs across Ireland Singapore, China and Hong Kong.

The opportunity is to join our top class Recruitment Delivery Team. Here you will be appointed to an anchor account where you will have responsibility to fulfill roles released across multiple client departments. You will also have potential to contribute to our other RPO's and MSP's across Finance, Pharma, Tech , Telco and Banking industries.

A dynamic individual, someone who can concentrate on Tech roles early in the week and pivot to HR or Finance roles later in the week. Someone who believes in themselves and believes that the recruitment skills they have can be transferable to different sectors and different clients.

This is fast paced environment so the person needs to be comfortable with change

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure all hiring practices and policies are adhered to for M3S & specific client
  • Ensure knowledge of up to date recruiting trends remains current
  • Sources, identifies, and qualifies candidates for key roles for M3S clients using a variety of creative recruiting methods.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to identify and clarify job specifications in order to effectively source best candidate pool
  • Maintains, revises, and helps develop job descriptions for all positions within company
  • Assists in development of a staffing plan to support current hiring need
  • Establish and/or maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidate pool, and external recruiters
  • Post advertisements on ATS, industry websites, social media sites, and internet job boards as needs dictate
  • Monitors open positions and "fill time"; suggests alternate recruiting methods as appropriate.
  • May act as representative for the business at career fairs
  • May provides counsel and assistance to hiring managers and interviewers to ensure compliance with company's policies and legal requirements
  • Responds to employee inquiries regarding hiring and employment policies, procedures, and programs

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ Years of recruitment experience
  • Experience with end to end recruitment process
  • Excellent communication skills verbal & written
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems (nice to have)
  • Be flexible and adaptable with a professional and diplomatic approach
