Morgan McKinley Singapore is looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Internal Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team, reporting into the TA and L&D Manage.

You will be joining an expanding office of 50+ employees and will be predominantly focused on hiring experienced recruitment professionals for our business. In addition you will be onboarding people into our business, as well as taking on some learning and development roles.. You will be given full support and training by the Head of TA and L&D for Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source experienced recruitment consultants through internal and external referrals, LinkedIn and VC portals.
  • Review applications for job postings.
  • Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of candidates through market mapping and pipelining.
  • Coordinate and manage the internal interview process from interview, through to offer and negotiation.
  • Keep the internal database up to date.

Learning & Development

  • Support with onboarding of new employees.
  • Support manager in creating training materials.
  • Carry out basic level training.


  • Support on maintaining Glassdoor review levels with current employees.
  • Support with employer branding through blogs, posts and videos.
  • Support in creating global EVP campaigns, as part of the Global TA Function
  • Support manager in creating and running fun office-wide events.

  • A good understanding of internal recruitment.
  • Experience in recruitment (internal or agency) is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to solve problems and be organised in your thinking and approach to work
  • Outstanding communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills
  • Self-confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels
