Associate Consultant - Fast Track Development Program

Morgan McKinley Singapore is looking for self-motivated, ambitious and dedicated graduates and career changers to join their team as part of their Recruitment Fast Track Development Program.

You will be joining an expanding office of 40+ consultants, each who have their own specialism across perm or contract, Banking, Financial Services & Fin Tech, Technology or Commerce & Industry.

At Morgan McKinley we believe that personal growth is extremely important to enable us to reach our full potential and challenge ourselves along the way. The Recruitment Fast Track Development Program will provide you with a comprehensive 4 week training program, taking you through the full cycle of a 360 recruiter, from sourcing candidates to business development and negotiation. Training will be provided in the boardroom, on the job, in groups and on a one to one basis. From week one you will be speaking with candidates and clients and immersing yourself into the role as a recruitment consultant.
