A great opportunity has opened in the La Creme Business Support Recruitment Team in Waterford for a Recruitment Consultant recruiting within the general business, marketing, HR & sales verticals in the South-East.

As an experienced Consultant, you will get the opportunity to work with candidates and clients, across all levels, offering temporary, contract and permanent solutions. The breadth of industry will be broad, giving you vast exposure to the market across multiple sectors.

We are looking for a driven, ambitious and customer focused individual who is well networked and looking to continue their career in recruitment. You will ideally have previous experience in recruitment within the HR space.

Key Responsibilities:

• To achieve and exceed monthly financial targets
• Build out our contractor numbers
• Identify and establish relationships with target clients
• Become the go to person within the South East market for this space
• Host periodic open days
• Organise quarterly virtual client events
• Work to tight SLA's
• Offer consultative experience to both your clients and candidates
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams across Ireland

What Do You Need for This Role?

• 1-3 years+ recruitment experience, ideally specialising in one of the disciplines outlined above
• 360 experience is essential
• Proven track record successfully working in a demanding recruitment role
• 3rd Level Qualification, ideally a Business related discipline
• Strong networking skills
• Driven, ambitious and customer focused
• Team player
