Recruitment Consultant - Risk and Compliance

The Role

  • Running a dual, 360 desk
  • Working in partnership with an experienced team to assist in building your desk and growing our Risk and Compliance market share.
  • Sourcing and building relationships with Risk and Compliance candidates, managing them through the entire recruitment process
  • Working with and growing an existing client base, managing their business needs and being up to speed with recruitment trends
  • Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of your key business areas within the Risk and Compliance space
  • Attending regular networking events and presenting at company and client events

Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years' previous recruitment experience OR relevant sales experience
  • Strong work ethic, ambitious and driven to succeed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, sales driven environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
