Morgan McKinley Singapore are looking for a Recruitment Consultants to join their Commerce and Industry team, to recruit within the Sales & Marketing field.

The team is lead by a well experience director and two recruitment managers, who support 4 other senior/ recruitment consultants. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop, whether you are looking for a career change and new to recruitment or you are an experience senior consultant and above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Within this full 360 recruitment role you will be expected to proactively source new and existing candidates and clients, using all recommended sourcing tools, including online channels (i.e. LinkedIn), headhunting, job advertisements and the database (Bullhorn)
  • Write job advertisements to a high standard and use other marketing tools to attract the best candidates
  • Actively control and manage candidates face to face and over the phone, from initial contact through to the interview and offer stages
  • Proactively capture all relvant market information and use this to develop relationships with clients and candidates within the market
  • Generate job leads and hiring manager information to either further your own desk, or pass onto relevant consultants
  • Understand and deliver against Morgan McKinley's 'Go to market' strategy
  • Maintain the necessary compliance and company metrics as outlined on teh system and with all exisiting initiatives

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • A passion to work within recruitment, particularly the sales & marketing industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Good sales accumen with strong written skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with people
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines
