We are looking for a Client Partner to join us in our flagship London office. The team spearheads new business ventures for Morgan McKinley in the UK, having already supported in the development of accounts from start-up's to global banks, we are now looking for a dynamic sales person to join this growing team. Your role will ultimately contribute to the future revenue by delivering clients, high-value, innovative, talent solutions.


  • Prospecting new clients to ultimately create new revenue streams into the UK business in line with strategic team objectives
  • Raise the profile of the Morgan McKinley brand within our relevant markets
  • Working in partnership with each of the divisional heads to provide bespoke resourcing solutions for clients
  • Gathering market intelligence and data to drive, develop and create a strategic approach to winning new business opportunities
  • Provide highly effective solutions to engage, present and sell at Director and 'C' level
  • Manage conversion of in-bound lead generation from external digital advertising campaigns
  • Lead innovative ways to engage new clients i.e.assist in the creation of white papers on trends in the market
  • Build strong relationships both internally and with external clients
  • Alongside new business opportunities, expand and enhance existing service lines to maximise account potential
  • Ensure continuous review of bid review, sales and pipeline reporting to the UK Commercial Director and COO
  • Attend industry and networking events on a regular basis

Skills and Experience

  • Recruitment industry experience is not essential
  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years enterprise or commercial sales experience
  • You will be a self-starter with the desire to set yourself competitive outputs and outcomes
  • Ability to sell corporate solutions to 'C suite' to a variety of organisations, from start-ups to PLC's
  • Evidence of ability to use data to drive new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience presenting sales solutions in a corporate environment would be beneficial
  • Ability to engage and influence 'C' suite decision makers
