We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our National Engineering team, based out of our Waterford office.

The engineering team recruit into all verticals within multiple industries on a National scale with consultants in our Dublin, Cork & Limerick offices. Working with Irelands largest plc's, blue chip and multinational companies they are a leading contributor to the success of the Morgan McKinley group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly team targets are achieved
  • Drive business development activity
  • Drive performance across all desks to grow market share and build candidate communities
  • Monitor blog activity to ensure regular and fresh content on the relevant sites
  • Monitor and oversee social media content your brand
  • Ensure that the team understands their responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Develop strong working relationships with other offices, teams and other divisions
  • Train, mentor & coach team members in areas of specialist markets
  • Ensure team has the necessary resources & focus required to perform in their role.
  • Participate in on-going strategic management projects to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Person profile:

  • Experienced Senior Consultant from an agency background (Engineering experience would be a distinct advantage)
  • Degree educated or equivalent practical experience
  • A high level of flexibility and a demonstrated ability to embrace change in a professional environment
  • Passion for the recruitment sector and a desire to expand your exposure in this field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
