This role is based at our flagship office in London. The main focus of this role is to provide Compliance screening support to all areas within our agency including Ireland and our Regional Offices. A rewarding role with a lot of development potential for the right person.
Office hours are 08:30 - 17:30 (flexible working hours also available as long as the desk is covered, and workload is fully complete)

Role

  • Ensuring all right to work checks have been carried out on all candidates
  • Conducting reference checks on all candidates in line with the compliance requirements tailored per client
  • Conducting additional pre-employment screening checks via external Screening Partner's where required i.e. criminal and credit checks
  • Responsible for updating the internal compliance tracker on a regular basis
  • Liaising with Consultants, Clients and Candidates with regards to compliance updates and with regards to Service Level Agreements
  • Collating Pre-Employment Screening Packs ready for internal audit by Team Leader Scan the audited
  • pack to the internal secure drive and dispose of any hard copies in the confidential paper bin
  • Providing legislative advice to Clients, Candidates and Consultants on a range of recruitment legislation where required i.e. IR35 and right to work
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service at all times
  • Assisting with on-site or external Client Audits as required
  • Working effectively as part of a wider team with a multi-disciplined approach
  • Meeting Candidates where required to complete the compliance screening process
  • Adhering to the Team Internal Compliance processes and policies
  • Managing and responding promptly to external reference requests received to a dedicated mailbox within the agreed Service Level Agreement

Experience

  • IT literate and MS Office proficiency
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Experience of working in a pressurised sales environment
  • Experience of working for an international company
