Morgan McKinley is a professional staffing and talent management organization with over 700 employees in 10 countries. The M3S division of Morgan McKinley has a number of key Managed Service Clients which require on and offsite recruitment teams. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the recruitment process onsite with one of our clients.

Job Description:

The role of a Recruitment Coordinator is to support the Morgan McKinley onsite recruitment operations and services, working at a fast pace while consistently delivering high levels of customer service.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring & management of the recruitment mailbox, this includes; internal candidates, direct applicants, referrals, email queries & responses from candidates or HR BPs
  • Daily processing of candidate applications, from job advertisement through to managing applications
  • Advertising of roles internally and externally
  • Liaise and coordinate all relevant information for effective and efficient running of recruitment interviews
  • Scheduling HR and HM interviews and room bookings
  • Management of all candidate administration throughout the entire interview process, from application through to on boarding
  • Administering SHL tests to candidates
  • Administering compliance documents
  • Issuing of all contract request forms
  • Issuing employee checklist
  • Close all roles on intranet
  • Live updating of weekly recruitment log
  • Timely updating of ATS with all new vacancies and submitting of all internal candidates and referrals (if relevant)
  • Weekly administering of candidate and HM surveys
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the client companies structure and culture
  • Ensure all candidates receive the highest levels of service in all candidate dealings
  • Liaising in a professional manner on site with the clients employees, ensuring at all times that Morgan McKinley is appropriately represented
  • Attend and participate in weekly BP Meetings.
