We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager, or Managing Consultant to join the Financial Services division in our Singapore Office.

  • Lead by example in exceeding personal and or team targets
  • Set SMART goals that the team drive to exceed in conjunction with the financial budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure absolute accountability to the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Targets
  • Ensure that all business activity is driven through the database (Bullhorn)
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product and service portfolio, capabilities and other offerings from a business development perspective
  • Develop and execute an ongoing ‘Go to market’ plan to communicate with relevant communities and continually grow your contact and candidate validation list
  • Fully understand the dynamics of your market including, scale, market share, our delivery rate, competitors etc
  • Continue to develop personal commerciality and market awareness by being fully up to date on current news and market information relevant to our industry, business and specific area of specialization
  • Support achievement of sales targets by setting clear and attainable goals and actions for team members at all levels of performance
  • Be rigorous in the delivery and conduct of monthly Performance Reviews, and follow-up appropriately to ensure team members have the support and tools needed to achieve high levels of performance
  • Generate and implement new marketing initiatives
  • Actively assist in the development of your annual team budgets and forecasts with your respective line manager


  • Establish and agree individual activities with team members and ensure consistent follow up with accountability for delivery
  • Drive our account management and client relationships to optimize market opportunities
  • Coach and mentor team members to build a platform for success
  • Ensure a strong message of TA ownership for identifying and attracting talent into your business is optimized to meet headcount numbers and ensure future pipelining of relevant people
  • Inspire, motivate and develop team members to drive a market leading attitude and performance
  • Plan, coordinate and prioritize campaigns and workload between the team members to ensure sales targets are met and workload is appropriately distributed
  • Set clear objectives for the team that fit in line with the Company’s vision and strategy through regular and effective team and one-to-one meetings
  • Ensure initiatives are explained to team members and are delivered in a positive manner to ensure support from everyone
  • Prepare timely and relevant performance statistics and MI (Management Information)
  • Ensure and exploit cross selling opportunities across the whole business
  • Shadow team members on all activity, client / candidate calling sales pitches, client visits, registrations and deliver constructive feedback


  • Ensure that weekly in depth job reviews are carried out through Bullhorn
  • Ensure that team whiteboards are used effectively and consistently
  • Ensure that team members deliver a service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and candidates
  • Actively seek and act upon feedback from our customer
  • Participate in strategic PR activities including the development of relationships and networks with professional trade associations, colleges and business organizations
  • Participate in product/service development through the provision of customer and market  intelligence 
  • Ensure you provide the best service, always communicating, actioning candidate requests and queries with regular follow-up - always going beyond
  • Actively champion initiatives which enhance our regional and group net promoter score
  • Excellent understanding of your teams and Morgan McKinley’s clients, specialism’s and service lines to enable you to sell Morgan McKinley in all circumstances
  • Team Development & Collaboration
  • Working collaboratively by sharing specialist knowledge amongst team and peer group, as well as other offices and regions.
  • Champion and actively participate in relevant group initiatives and training at all levels.
