The Opportunity

We are looking for confident and ambitious students who can commit to 2 days per week, for 10 weeks, with flexible hours available to work around university commitments. We are always on the lookout for outstanding talent so your success in this role could lead to future opportunities - we have had proven success in offering permanent roles to previous interns.


You will get the chance to work directly within one of our specialist recruitment teams and gain insights into recruiting and the overall professional market. You will gain exposure to the qualities needed in order to pursue careers in our specialist area markets. For example, accountancy, management consulting, as well as human resources and talent acquisition.


You will assist the consultants in finding the best candidates, shortlisting for job briefs, writing advertisements, client profiling and data administration. You will gain exposure to candidate interviews and interview preparation, phone screening, managing client and candidate expectations, right through to the end placement.


This is the chance to gain insight into the complexity of managing numerous stakeholders in a dynamic, agile environment. Typical activities include:

  • Relationship building

  • Talent sourcing & assignment pitches and management.

  • Market mapping & headhunting

  • Shadowing candidate interviews & candidate management

  • Database management & cleansing

  • Basic admin duties


You will gain invaluable experience and gain expert leading recommendations from Directors within the business. There is also the possibility of future employment based on your performance, as demonstrated through some of our previous graduates.
