Responsibilities

  • Source relevant candidates for positions available
  • Write job advertisements to attract candidates and build a stronger candidate pool
  • Interview the right candidates and assess their suitability
  • Manage the interview process through to the offer stage
  • Provide career advice to candidates and market insights to clients
  • Manage the business portfolio and ensure the pipeline is sustainable and profitable
  • Participate in charitable events or other company activities

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • 3-5 years of working experience gained from sizeable companies
  • Sales experience will be a definite advantage but not a must
  • Good knowledge in the specific industry sector
  • Strong commercial sense and sensitive to business leads
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of language proficiency in English and Chinese
