How our recruitment process works
The recruitment process begins either with an interview by telephone, Skype or face-to-face with one of our talent acquisition team. This interview will be your chance to discuss your background, skills and Morgan McKinley. Should you have no prior recruitment experience, this is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of a career in the recruitment industry.
Successful candidates will be asked to complete a behavioural analysis profiling and will be invited to attend a 2nd round interview with a member of our director team. This is a competency-based interview and will include a detailed analysis of your background and skills. This is an opportunity for our team to identify the most suitable area of our business for you. Once we have identified the area in which, we believe, you would naturally belong, you will be invited to meet with the relevant manager and team for a final interview. The structure of this process is subject to change depending on location, however the skills and attributes we look for remain the same.
