We’re a Winner in the Jostle Awards!

We’re thrilled to announce that Morgan McKinley is the winner of the Jostle Ambassador of the Year category in the Jostle Awards 2016! Organised by Jostle, our intranet provider, these awards recognise businesses that use the platform successfully to engage and celebrate with their teams.

Earlier this year I entered Morgan McKinley into three categories in the Jostle Awards, which received over 70 nominations from businesses across the globe, all of which are using Jostle intranet to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and communication.

This award goes to the person most passionate about promoting their Jostle intranet in their workplace, and our winning case study was yours truly! Part of my role as Senior Global Marketing Executive is to manage our Jostle account for internal communications, and it’s great to be recognised for this.

Finalists in the Extraordinary Organisation of the Year Award

“Best in show” award that goes to the most extraordinary workplace that connects employees and builds a vibrant culture with their Jostle intranet.

Finalists in the Best Leadership Participation of the Year Award

This award goes to the leadership team who has best participated on their Jostle intranet to help achieve organisational goals.
