There are three groups in the recruitment business: the hiring organisation, the candidate, and the agency that brings the two together.
Traditionally, the hiring organisation would tell the agency when it has a vacancy to fill and the agency would then scour the market to find the right candidate.
We saw that this approach was designed for short-term fixes. As the best talent is increasingly scarce, it meant that clients missed out on the best candidates.
So we decided to think long term and develop relationships with top talent. As a result, when a client comes to us looking for a professional to fill a particular role, we already know the best candidates. And, most important of all, those candidates trust us to do what is best for them.

As a Morgan McKinley recruitment consultant, your job is to build those all-important relationships with talented professionals.
